SKGB Accredited

The GNKA is directly affiliated to, and governed by, the Scottish Karate Governing Body (SKGB). The SKGB is the only body within karate to be set up by the national government to control the organisation and development of karate in Scotland.

Qualified Instructors

The instructors at the GNKA, through their extensive experience, strive to offer expert karate tuition, fostering the development of Traditional Shotokan Karate throughout Scotland. The GNKA is a non-profit organisation.

 

Regular Courses

The GNKA follow the teachings of the late Sensei Taiji Kase and as such we bi-annually host courses with President of the Kase Ha Shotokan Ryu Karate Do Academy, Sensei Dirk Heene and close student of Sensei Kase and Shirai, Sensei Marc Stevens.

Regular Training Sessions

We have classes most night of the week for students of all ages and abilities.
